Kiana Alexis is a Columbus, Ohio–born fashion model and fitness motivator. After losing 100 pounds and overcoming the emotional scars of a difficult childhood, Kiana transformed her life from the inside out—becoming a powerful voice for self-love, resilience, and change.

Discovered at 21 years old, the West African and German model quickly rose to the top. Her work has been featured in Juste Magazine, Superior Magazine, and campaigns for global brands.

Beyond modeling, Kiana travels to schools and women’s shelters to share her journey, inspiring others to take control of their own healing. She also serves as an ambassador for the Hollywood Food Coalition, helping provide essentials to L.A.’s unhoused community.

Through every platform she touches, Kiana leads with compassion and purpose. “The key to life is being kind to yourself and being kind to others,” she says.
